We understand you might worry about smudging the ink on your erasable notebook. However, there's no need to worry! The ink of the special Bambook marker dries within a matter of seconds. This way you won't accidentally erase parts of the text when you run your hand over it or close the notebook. When you want to erase the page, you simply use a slightly damp cloth and it's ready to be reused again. 

Yes, for sure! Brent, one of the founders of Bambook, is left-handed himself. So we’ve thought about that as well! The Notepad is specifically suited for left-handed people, because the ring binder is situated at the top. 

Tip from Brent: place your Bambook at a slight angle and you are good to go!

Small corrections such as punctuation errors, letters and smudges can easily be made with the eraser on the back of your Bambook marker. For large adjustments and cleaning a full page, we recommend using a slightly damp cloth.

• Bambook has its own free scanning app that allows you to digitize notes made in your Bambook notebook. All Bambook notebooks have a black border around the pages so it's recognized by the app.

• You can compose the pages of your erasable Bambook notebook yourself using our configurator so that it fits perfectly with your personal style of working.

This depends on how intensively you use it. The lifespan of the Bambook marker is similar to the lifespan of a regular marker.

Has the ink (almost) run out? It can be refilled using our refill station.

Remember to put the cap back on so that it doesn't dry out.

Is your marker nog working anymore? Try this lifehack: push and rotate the marker until the ink comes out and your marker is as good as new!

• Small: the line width of the marker is 0.6mm
• Medium: the line width of the marker is 1mm

Within 8-10 seconds the ink will be fully dry. After the ink has completely dried, it won't smudge as you move your hand over it or when you close the notebook to get back to work.

The Bambook marker is not just any marker! The marker is made in such a way that the ink dries quickly on the smoother whiteboard pages, so you don't accidentally wipe away your notes. In addition, it has a soft tip so that it does not leave an imprint on the pages. In short: we recommend that you only use the Bambook marker in combination with the Bambook erasable notebook. A black marker with writing thickness S is supplied free of charge with each Bambook notebook.

Other whiteboard markers may also work as long as they are erasable, but we cannot guarantee that. So if you want to try that, it's at your own risk.

Where possible, your package will be delivered to your doorstep by bike. We work together with Fietskoeriers. We can deliver by bike in all major cities in the Netherlands. If this is not possible in your region (or not as efficient and sustainable as 'regular' shipping), we work together with DPD to deliver your package. For business orders we work together with DHL.

Bambook ships to almost every country in Europe. The shipping costs and the minimum amount for free shipping differ per country.

Yes, it is possible to deliver your order at a different address than your billing address. During the process of ordering your products, there is an option to add a shipping address that differs from the billing address.

The areas where Bambook is planting its trees are in Madagascar. These are areas where mangrove and regular forests have been cut down and destroyed. This results in infertile farmland and entirely wiped out flowering ecosystems.

That depends on the order quantity. We plant one tree on Madagascar for every Bambook sold.

From the moment you start reusing your Bambook, you can make great strides in sustainability. This prevents the further (unnecessary) production/recycling of paper. Looking further, it is also important to take into account the fact that both making new paper and recycling it consume a lot of water and energy. Recycling is a great step in the right direction, but that does not alter the fact that these processes also have a significant impact on the environment. We would like to prevent this by reusing products instead of using single-use products.
