Good question! Laser engraving a Bambook with name via the configurator on our webshop is an automated process. Because the placement of the text and size remain the same, we can automate this process. A Bambook with a logo, on the other hand, is custom-designed. Our in-house design team has to manually convert the logo to be suitable for laser engraving. In addition, we have to charge start-up costs for this, which makes it cost-prohibitive to purchase just one. Therefore, we work with a minimum order of 25 pieces for customised notebooks with logo or design.

Personalised Bambook notebooks cannot be returned. This is because all notebooks are lasered to order and cannot be resold. Therefore, it is not possible to return or exchange the personalised Bambook. An exception is when the product shows defects, such as problems with the erasability of the product or damage. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to discuss a proper solution together.

It is certainly possible to laser a different text! Besides lasering a name, you can also think of: A year (date of birth, wedding date) or intended purpose (travel journal, diary, recipes etc.). There are plenty of ideas to personalise your gift! From 25 pieces upwards, it is also possible to laser-engrave a logo or image. Currently, it’s not possible to have a Calendar, Notepad or Do-book lasered with your name. We have tried to standardise this process as much as possible so that it remains manageable for the people at our workshop. We hope you can understand.

We apply a laser engraving technique to personalise a hardcover Bambook. During engraving, the laser burns into the bamboo cover and leaves a design on the product. Your name appears in relief on the cover, so there’s no colour involved here.

Great idea! At the moment, we do not support this option. Simply because logistically it’s not feasible given the large variety of Originals and the start-up costs of the printing presses.

If we’re talking smaller quantities (less than 25), you can order a Bambook with the name of your employees via the webshop. If you would like to order more than 25 personalised notebooks for your company, please contact us via the quotation form. Yes it can! You can add a Bambook with name to our festive gift box. You can add this option to your order.. You will then receive your personalised Bambook in a luxury gift box containing not only your A5 notebook, but also a cleaning set and marker set (S).

Having your name or text lasered onto the Bambook notebook takes time and attention. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

Where possible, your package will be delivered to your doorstep by bike. We work together with Fietskoeriers. We can deliver by bike in all major cities in the Netherlands. If this is not possible in your region (or not as efficient and sustainable as 'regular' shipping), we work together with DPD to deliver your package. For business orders we work together with DHL.

Bambook ships to almost every country in Europe. The shipping costs and the minimum amount for free shipping differ per country.

Yes, it is possible to deliver your order at a different address than your billing address. During the process of ordering your products, there is an option to add a shipping address that differs from the billing address.

All our prices are including VAT.

The areas where Bambook is planting its trees are in Madagascar. These are areas where mangrove and regular forests have been cut down and destroyed. This results in infertile farmland and entirely wiped out flowering ecosystems.
