Bambook is looking for a driven and results-oriented Head of Growth & Digital Marketing who will work with our marketing team to take our international growth strategy to the next level. As Head of Growth, you will identify opportunities for Bambook and expertly translate them into substantiated optimisations for our growth strategy.

Your main focus will be on e-commerce and online marketing. You will work on improving the website (Magento) and act as an internal point of contact for debugging and fast-tracking. You also manage external online marketing agencies and partners for the execution of campaigns, CRO processes and dashboarding. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will pick up activities yourself or coordinate them in collaboration with the team or external partners in the field of SEA, SEO, affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing and marketplaces.

We are looking for someone who can analyse data and trends and make recommendations based on them to boost online sales.

What is required? 

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment;
• You have experience and skills in Growth Hacking. A track record in successfully implementing growth strategies and achieving measurable results is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performing data analysis and using relevant tools;
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, as well as an understanding of the latest trends in e-commerce;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and strategic insight. You have the creativity and ability to come up with innovative solutions;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus, as we operate internationally.

• Magento 2 or other CMS systems;
• Channable (feed management), Bol.com and Amazon (marketplaces);
• Google: SEA and/or SEA;
• Social Advertising;
• Email marketing & marketing automations;
• Affiliate marketing;
• CRO (conversion optimisation) / A/B Testing;
• Data & Analytics - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel.
